A ROUSING evening of music and song will ensure the festive season starts on a high note.
“Although the company still loves to work with small orchestras, the relationship with brass has been particularly forged through the Durham Brass Festival, and we are delighted to be working again with Felling Band.” Most of the original music has been transcribed for brass instruments by Weardale-based musician Steve Robson, leader of Stanhope Silver Band. Tickets for The Bowes Museum show cost £16 and £14, with concessions at £15 and £13. Gateshead tickets cost £16 and £14 for concessions.
These shoes will be used to create a symbolic mountain within the cathedral.
The evening is led by local company, Inter Opera, who have an impressive history in our local area.
It will be working towards a concert in Bishop Auckland on Saturday, November 14. Sessions, to be held fortnightly, cost £3 per person.
